It was one of those cold, gray, rainy Sundays that feel made for staying inside except at Gram’s house, there’s no such thing as a quiet day right now. We had a full house and a full to-do list, and by the end of the day, the dining room was finally finished! 🙌
Sometimes it really does take a fresh set of eyes and a little extra height to get the job done!
While we worked downstairs, PaPa was upstairs starting on the next big phase: sanding down the old floors. The sound of the sander humming above us was oddly comforting—a sign of progress echoing through the house. Those floors have seen decades of family life, and soon they’ll shine again, ready for new memories. ❤️
